Comfort across three levels. With room for up to 12 guests, Green Oaks Retreat offers 5 bedrooms (3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 extra trundle beds) and 3.5 bathrooms with tubs, double vanities and walk-in showers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms. The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. Upstairs are two king bedrooms (one with a dedicated workspace), a twin room with 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds, and a full bathroom with shower tub. The new basement has a cozy queen bedroom with its own full bathroom.

Gourmet kitchen. Elegant cabinetry, GE Café appliances and a spacious island with seating for 4. For younger guests there’s a kids’ table with 4 chairs and a Stokke high chair, and the coffee and tea station has everything for your perfect cup.

Living and dining. A bright living room with vaulted ceilings and a smart TV, a formal dining room for 10 with board games and books, a quiet main-level office with high-speed Wi-Fi, and the basement game room with pool table, shuffleboard, gaming consoles and a wet bar with wine cooler.

Outdoor living. The fully fenced backyard has a private hot tub, a cedar barrel sauna, an outdoor fireplace and fire pit, a BBQ grill and alfresco dining area that seats 12, and a safe playground for the kids.

Availability

House rules

Yes. Pets must be spayed or neutered and non-aggressive, kept on a leash outside the fenced yard and off beds and furniture (pet blankets are provided). Pets are not allowed in the hot tub or sauna.

No parties or events. A maximum of 20 people may be on the property at any time, and visitors leave by 9 PM. The booking guest must be 21 or older.

Up to 3 cars fit in the garage and driveway, and extra cars can park on the street. Please don’t block the mailboxes.

Shower before using the hot tub, no soap or glass, and close the cover after use. Children must be supervised at the hot tub, sauna, fire pit and playground.

Full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, and no refund within 14 days of arrival.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout before 11:00 AM, with self check-in by keypad.

  • This house was simply amazing. We loved the kitchen and open layout, and used all 5 bedrooms. We really enjoyed eating outside on the covered deck, and our 2 year old granddaughters loved the playground set and the playroom upstairs. Would 100% stay here again.

  • This was an amazing house. It had every amenity imaginable! We brought extras of staples like garbage bags, dishwashers pods, coffee pods, salt and pepper and didn’t need any of it. They even had extra water and snacks! Such a nice touch! The host was very communicative and the house was beautiful and comfortable!

  • Our family of 8 adults and 4 little ones under the age of 5 stayed here. Everyone loved it!! There was plenty of space indoor and outdoor. We used the backyard a lot since it had a swing set just the right size for our grandkids. We will definitely choose this place if we come back to the KC area again!
